The Fall 2006 meeting of the VAC Consortium—a partnership with NVAC, Industry, University, and Government members collaborating to solve national security problems for DHS—was held at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in Richland, WA.
